He leads business development efforts, manages key client relationships, and facilitates new service agreements. With a focus on expanding market reach and identifying opportunities, Trent ensures a seamless client experience by connecting them with the right experts and services. His role also includes staying ahead of industry trends by attending key events to better understand evolving client needs.
With over 20 years of experience in business development and client relations, primarily in the property and casualty insurance industry, Trent brings valuable insights and deep connections to his role. His background in recruiting and managing teams in the insurance sector has equipped him with strong listening skills and the ability to understand client needs without relying on aggressive sales tactics. Prior to Prema, he held senior roles at forensic consulting firms in the Southeastern US.
Outside of work, Trent enjoys time with his wife and two children. A passionate sports fan, he supports the Dallas Stars, Cowboys, and Texas Longhorns. He also enjoys hiking, perfecting his smoked brisket recipe, and exploring new travel destinations.
